Designed with full-coverage across the back, chest, and arms, this suit is perfect for your little one's outdoor adventures.
Made from a high-quality, anti-fade polyester blend, our buttery-soft fabric is fully lined for extra UV protection.
Unlike standard swimsuits, we use a 230 GSM/m² fabric (compared to the usual 180-200 GSM/m²) to keep delicate skin safe from harmful rays, providing a thicker and more durable barrier against the sun.
Our unique nappy/diaper change clips make changing on the go quick and hassle-free – a feature parents love!

Our “Marine Mirage” Collection brings together the natural beauty of the Great Barrier Reef with the relaxed luxury of the ‘Marina Mirage Resort’ in the tropical haven of Port Douglas in North Queensland.
Moorish Idol fish, with their bold stripes, swim through vibrant coral formations, creating a calm and colorful underwater scene. The print reflects both the elegance of marine life and the laid-back charm of an Australian coastal getaway.

SIZING
Our swimwear for babies, girls, boys and teens is true to size and corresponds to the age of the child, i.e. an average two year old will fit a size 2, and an average 12 year old will fit a size 12 and so on.
Our kids swimwear doesn’t tend to run small from our experience as parents. If however a child is taller than average or has a solid build, then sizing-up would be recommended i.e. a tall 10 year old would be better off in a size 12 suit / top or shorts. We offer peace of mind exchanges and returns so if ever the size you chose wasn’t quite right then you’d be welcome to return it. Please see our returns policy info below.
Kindly note that we don’t offer sizes 5 or 7 in our range; sizing up to size 6 or 8, or down to size 4 or 6 is the norm and isn’t usually an issue.

Permitted within 30 days of payment date. Must be unused/unworn with all tags and hygiene stickers still attached. Sale items of more than 25% are eligible for store credit.
Refunds are processed less a $5 admin/restock fee.

CARE
To ensure longevity of your swimwear, please:
- Rinse immediately after use to clean out salt and chlorine.
- Ideally hand-wash as often as possible as this will ensure longevity of the fabric
(if machine-washing please use a garment bag, cold water & low spin cycle)
- Do not wring, rub, soak or bleach swimwear.
- Dry in the shade – never tumble dry.
- Do not leave rolled up wet or store when damp.
- Do not iron or dry clean.
- Take care when dressing as over-stretched zips risk disconnecting or the plastic teeth may break, as can happen with any zip.
My kids wore these swimmers for over 2 years. Not one issue with them, they still have a good year or two in them as well so last 3-4 years. We've had no fade or stretch, no pulling or pilling. Have handed down to friends children as my children outgrew them. Love them so much.
I am really impressed with the level of support the ladies swimsuit provides, even for a larger cup size, which is so hard to find.

Hi! I’m Emily, mother of 3 little girls and founder of Tribe Tropical.
Growing up I used to dread beach days!
As a red-head with fair skin, growing up in the tropics, I either had to risk being teased by other kids for covering up in a daggy old t-shirt, or end the day sunburnt & in pain.
Having since suffered with countless skin cancer treatments (and further to the loss of my grandfather due to melanoma), I understand the importance of sun protection - I started Tribe Tropical with a desire to protect my family and yours in beautiful, high-quality sun-protective swimwear that people would feel good in & enjoy wearing.
No-one should dread a beach day! I hope to help you to make them fun & burn-free also.
